:::Speaking of reviews and stuff, Poopsheet is back online.
Poopsheet is an informational website (and sometimes print zine) published by Rick Bradford & dedicated to spreading the word about independent media such as zines and comics. 2003 marks its 10th anniversary and after a short hiatus Rick re-launched the site in the new year.
The current feature article is called "What's New With You?" and features 70 artists, writers and publishers from the comics industry who have shared with Poopsheet info about their current projects and future plans for comics and beyond. Information blurbs from Marc Bell, Craig Thompson, Josh Simmons, Nick Bertozzi, Brian Ralph, Sammy Harkham, Dash Shaw, Lark Pien, Roger Langridge and many more.
Also recently added is “GET THE WORD OUT”. An ongoing project to list media (mostly web & print) outlets that Review Zines and/or Comics. A handy resource for creators.
If you notice your work absent from Poopsheet the best remedy probably would be to send him some along with some info.
