 The monthly comix jam for May will be taking place this Wednesday the 26th at 8pm. You host this month will be jam master Jesse Bochner [seen to the right here]. What's that you say? The site says it's supposed to be Susanne Larner. Well, due to some 'inter-provincial mismanagement' Sussanne has been lost in a corn field in Ontario. But she was able to use her Black ops sat gear to arrange a swap, which works out nicely apparently as will Jesse be in the middle of the Baltic Sea making out with heiresses and middle-aged debutantes on the date of his originally Scheduled Hosting date latter this year. So all's well that ends well. And those of you who know mister Bochner know we are in good hands.
 Once more we have a star in our midst this month! A real live Fantagraphics published guy! :)
Local cartoonist Alex Fellows will be signing copies of his new graphic novel 'CANVAS' at the Jam! See the jam site here for more details on this.
As usual you'll find a few dozens doodlers and friends hanging out at Sala Rosa all night - 4848 boul. St-Laurent, Montreal - drawing comix, shooting the poop, and hocking their zines to one another and you.
If you publish a zine and plan to attend we encourage to you bring some copies to set out on your own table or the merch table if there's room [space is first come first serve. If you notify us in advance with details of you zine we will post the info on the Sequential news blog and the comix group here for you.
As always the jam is free to all, participation is encouraged. Bring your pens, friends and imaginations.
