I'm away from my day to day for a few weeks, seeing family and old friends. To start we spent 9hrs on the train swiftly making or way across the desolate but often beautiful landscape of southern Ontario. AJ took photos along the way with here digital camera and posted them here

First stop/end of the line - Windsor Ontario. Home to AJ's dad and some of my oldest, best friends. Unfortunately her dad lives on the outskirts of town, so a car is mandatory, and I don't drive so I’m at the whim of others. Got to se my buddy George and his 2 year old daughter Hanna, a real charmer. But aside from a brief excursion over to Detroit after 4 days here I’m mind bendinglly board. Satellite TV sadly is no help, 600 channels and nothing on. The weekend holds some promise, couple of live shows to see. Then of Monday to see my own family and the old stomping grounds in Toronto...
