 Happy Valentine's Day! 02/06/05
I know it's a little early, but this will be in the Valentine's issue of the Hour. I tried to make the kissing girls look like a couple that got bashed on the corner of Mount Royal and St. Denis right here in Montreal, Joelle Perras and Brook Morrison. The ladies stole a kiss and were hit from behind, a broken nose resulted, and the frightened little boy responsible ran off without a word, of course. "Here we are, we're being strong, but it's scary. When we walk out at night, we look around. We haven't kissed on the street, we haven't been ourselves because we are afraid." Said Perras. Still, they organised a "kiss-in" on that same corner a week later, which apparently was a big success. I wish I could have been there. It sounds like it was pretty hot.Happy Valentine's Day. Watch your back.
