Sequential has been running for 3+ years now, helping to shine some light on the Canadian comics scene. It was the first all Canadian comics news blog to my knowledge, and when most active gets a few hundred hits a day solid. Could be more probably but I don’t have a lot of time to promote it these days.

I have a lot of things on my plate now, and can’t really spend too much time keeping this up to date. Originally it was always meant to be modeled on the Indy media concept of community produced news, so it’s long over due some other folks get in here and helped out.

I think it's still a worthy exercise, but I’m not the one for the job right now.

So, if you think you’re up to it, I’m looking for a [few?] good blogger editor[s] for the job. To let me know if you’re interested you can apply for the completely unpaid job of being the right one[s] for the job here. :)

Qualified persons should be Canadian & well informed good researchers of their local underground & Indy comix scenes. Aware also of the larger commercial comics industry but attention is to be paid to all levels of the community fulfilling Sequential’s mandate to give voice first to those who have it least.

They need a basic understanding of html, and to be independent thinkers able to solve minor problems on their own. Know how to use a spell checker, avoid taste-making, ask constructive questions, and be able to report balanced and fairly.

They will also need to know how to compress and format image’s for the web, and how to use the blogger interface to upload images and format the text and links [any specialized knowledge represents can be learned for the blogger help fairly easily].

I'll be forwarding all press material sent to Sequential to you so you'll have the benefit of the existing research material available.
