The Toronto Star's Theo Moudakis is the winner of the 2004 National Newspaper Award for Editorial Cartooning. The awards were handed out at a ceremony at the National Gallery in Ottawa, June 4, 2005. The National Newspaper Awards are administered by the Canadian Newspaper Association. They were created in 1949.
Winners receive a cheque for $1500.
