It was a windy wet March eve, upstairs a death metal band thumped out slow hart beats that threatened to swamp out the Spanish music and stage smoke filled the building once or twice. Hoping night with a large turn out, Billy Mavreas in the hosting chair made every one feel right at home. I didn't take any shots till latter in the eve after the crowds thinned out a bit.

I was a bit out of it myself. Feeling sleepy and sluggish mentally. Got some nice doodles done, but I hope I wasn't to rude when I ended up cutting some people short as they tried to engage me in high functioning right brain chats about html or some such.

The merch table was pretty full...

...as was the wall of Jam pages completed that night! [above]
The usual suspects were there...

Kurt, Eric & Louis

Above some newer faces, sorry guys, I didn't get your names. Spent some time talking about old Motorcycles with them...
...Bellow Peter in a familiar pose. Spent most of the night siting a doodling with him and Carlos [2bellow]

Michael Hind was there, been a while since we saw his friendly mug. He brought a friend with him as well.

Bellow is Howie drawing with his girlfriend [back to us - I think] - & Jack and Jesse hanging out chatting

Bellow is too good dudes whom I've not seen in a while, Josh and Dan.

Later on in the eve, things were cut short when the power went out... though a few hard core jamers persisted, drawing by candle light...

...I went home though, but not before stopping by Bernie Mireault's place to talk shop about the restoration job were doing right now.

It was a long night. But a good one on the whole!

See you next time!
