This was a packed jam, 29 people signed in and there were many more who didn't, probably 50 or so in all.

Lots of media showed up to, including a reporter from the Link, the second in two months. She interviewed me and Jack for a possible article.

In the pics here you'll see the crew of Cgep film students who were there interviewing and following artists around all night for a Doc they've been working on for a few months now (if you look at pics I've taken at most events for the last two months you'll spot them).

Lots of new faces, fallout in part thanks to the recent EXPOZINE where i droped a lot of flyers [ Flyer by Niall Eccles. ]

And a lot of the usual gang was there, which given that everyone is realling form the wind up from Expozine, was impressive. There were quite a few absent or that punked out early to hit the sack to catch up on much needed rest. Yet STILL this was one of the most jumpin' Jams I can recall in recent history with 21 full pages of comix being completed by the end of the night.

One old face in particular is worth noting here, Tim Moerman. Tim i's leaving Montreal for at least a year to peruse a job on the east coast, so this was a bit of a send off for him as well, with a half a dozen of us hanging around till 3am shooting the shit and saying our goodbyes. Tim's been attending the jams longer than I have, going back to the late 80's i think. His wit has made many a page tick. He'll be missed.

It's cool that these guys are doing this, though it's weird when they asked me a question about the jams. O'l stage fright kicked it as always. Think I managed to not blather to much but we'll see... Apparently they've gathered `18 hours of footage so far!
