Around 1994 I worked off an on with a good friend of mine named Scott Andrews on a number of projects. Scott was a UK foreign exchange student at UofT in Toronto at the time. While we had mixed results from our collaborations, the process of working on stories with Scott was and still is some of the best collaborative experiences I have had. Sufice to say we had a blast.
These 5 pages are from a 10 page chunk completed for our last effort together. It was never finnished or published; I wanted to take my time on the art and he wanted me to go faster, I invited him to find someone else if he wanted it done faster so he did. Always was a bit disappointed about this, I'd have met the considerably comfortable deadline of 6 months had I been left to do the job at my own pace. But Scott felt a strong urgency about the work, in part I think because of having had a story we did together for 2099 shelved when the title was canceled. In the end Laurence Campbell completed the book, you can see a sample of how that turned out here on Scott's site.
